I don’t do a lot of reviews but this dental office was a just exceptional and one of the best experiences I have had dealing with my 96 year old mom since her new insurance. My mom had a PPO with great insurance but is now on a Medicare hmo. I had a terrible experience with Western Dental and trying to find a dentist that took an hmo that had a family feel felt impossible. Dental Quest finally found South River Dental. I walked in and Sherrie at the front desk went out of her way in calling my mom’s insurance and getting very clear information on what was covered and made sure any procedure done was clearly covered (this was a big problem at western dental). Dr. Oki her new dentist was incredible!!! Personable, really cared, and the first time I have had the experience of my mom having a family dentist since her PPO. The dental hygienist Saddif was great! She did a deep cleaning and was so conscientious about my 96 year old mom being comfortable. I can’t say enough about all the staff her. Just exceptional! It also really was nice that this was in a nice area in West Sacramento and didn’t feel institutional. Anyway, I am just so grateful we finally found a real dentist for my mom. This year with her new hmo was so hard. I thought I would never find a real caring office that was thorough, caring, and professional. I am writing this because I am just so appreciative for how they do business!!! Thank you.
